J. Willis Hill, Fence Dealer

J. Willis Hill is one of the best known business men of this section. He is a native of the county and has practically lived in it all of his life. He carried on farming until about seven years ago, when he engaged in teh business of a dealer in wire fencing. He has had remarkable success, supplying fencing for nearly all the prominent and extensive farmers in Madison and adjoining counties. Field and ornamental fencing are both handled by him, the Lamb fence being at present in the lead, but he handles others. Mr. Hill's fence is more lasting than love or hate. It withstands weather, is cattle, horse, pig and chicken rpoof, will not rust, break or buck, easily put up and is kept in order with less expense than any fence on the market. If politicians knew of Mr. Hill's fence, they would always be sure of renomination without the necessity of new delegates. Mr. Hill is a typical hustler. He is married, resides in London with his wife and two daughters, is a prominent Odd Fellow and popular with all who know him.
