  2. Age.
  3. Sex.
  4. Color. White, black or mulatto.
  5. Free or Slave.
  6. Married or Widowed.
  7. PLACE OF BIRTH, Naming the State, Territory, or Country.
  8. THE MONTH in which the person died.
  9. PROFESSION, OCCUPPATION, OR TRADE.
  10. DISEASE OR CAUSE OF DEATH.
  11. NUMBER OF DAYS ILL.

REMARKS: Cholera Prevailed to some extent. Water good, Principle lime in the soil. Black Loome, Generally. Timbers, Burr, White & Pinn Oak, and Hickory. The principal Rock in the county is Limestone. A few quarries only of which are found. The soil rests upon a bed of clay & limestone, gravel and the streams also about the same. A. Simpson A.M.
